KMCT College of Pharmacy offers dedicated transportation facilities for both staff and students. The institution owns 11 buses that transport students from the campus to various locations, including Kuttippuram, Valanchery, Kottakkal, Kakkad, Kolappuram, Amala (Thrissur), Perinthalmanna, Tirur, Edappal, Changarakulam, and Guruvayur.
